Effect of melatonin in reducing blood loss during and after caesarean section

Background and Objectives: Obstetric blood loss is one of the feared complications child birth. Blood during caesarean section twice than that vaginal delivery. Methods: subjects prospective randomised placebo controlled were 60 pregnant women who admitted labour ward, time period from May 2019 April 2022.
